Hi Ethan, this date is for 2010 right? If so you need to send 2 checks to mosaic communications. 1: for the damage deposit of $500.00., 2: you need 50% of rental fee. Within 2 weeks of the actual event you will need to have the $300.00 for bar service and $150.00 for the music tech. check written in Cynthia Grady's name and the rest of your rental fee wrote to mosaic communications. We also need to fill out and go over the contract which at that time you can pay your first fees to save your date,or we can go by mail, i find it easier to do it in person so all questions can be answered.
